RUDY uses an enterprise model: an annual platform license (scaled by organization size) plus a per-employee, per-month (PEPM) usage fee. Packages โ RUDY Core, RUDY Leadership OS, and the full Workforce Intelligence Platform โ bundle license + PEPM into a single contract scoped to the modules you deploy.
What drives the price?
Deployment size, selected package and module scope, integration complexity (HRIS, SSO/SCIM), and governance/residency requirements. We scope pricing to provable value โ see the ROI & Platform Value page for the levers behind the numbers, not arbitrary tiers.
What is the implementation timeline?
Platform onboarding typically runs 4โ6 weeks from contract signature to active deployment. Enterprise configurations with SSO integration and custom data pipelines may extend to 8 weeks. We support every phase of implementation.
What support is included?
